Purpose-built for the new regulatory era. We didn’t retrofit — we started here.
Sure on Property was established in 2026 with a clear thesis: the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 would fundamentally reshape private lettings in England, and the market needed an agency built from scratch around the new rules — not one scrambling to adapt legacy practices.
We are based in Slough and cover the whole of West London and the Home Counties. We serve small portfolio landlords — typically managing one to five properties — who deserve the same professional, compliance-first service that institutional investors receive.
What makes us genuinely different: every tier of our service includes full regulatory compliance as standard. Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Awaab’s Law readiness, anti-discrimination compliance, pet request procedures, Section 13 documentation — all included from the base tier. Other agencies charge extra for these. We believe compliance is the foundation, not an add-on.
Our approach is straightforward: take every registration and compliance road professionally, regardless of enforcement likelihood. Rigorous compliance isn’t a burden — it’s the competitive advantage that protects our landlords’ investments and attracts quality tenants.
Every decision starts with regulatory compliance. We don’t cut corners, even where enforcement is uncertain.
Propertymark-aligned processes from day one. We hold ourselves to the highest industry standards.
We treat every property as if it were our own investment. Your portfolio deserves that level of care.
